This plant’s propagation story
Together with some other Epipremnum Pinnatum in our webstore, this particular one we have here is also home-grown from a cutting of our home mother plant after it was air-rooted with moss for a good 2 months.

This made sure that it has good strong roots before we made a cut and planted him in a terracotta pot which will help drain the excess water away;  protect him while it is growing.

It’s in a good well-draining aroid mix that has some really aroid goodies in there like worm castings and compost. We also watered it consistently with HB101 sprayed it with plantonic plant essence like with all our home plants to give it the extra boost.

At night, it sits under our grow light for some extra sun basking.

It has 4 leaves and its longest leaf is about 19cm in length.

One of the rare aroids on the unicorn list. It is an easy plant to grow and tops the collector’s list.

You are buying the plant and planter you see in pictures here. However plants are living things and are always growing so there may be some differences from the pictures. Rest assured our plants are all healthy before being sold.

Growth Care

Light: Place in a medium light spot for best growth. This can be 1 – 2m from an east facing window with light morning sun. Keep away from direct sunlight that is very intense. It can tolerate low light conditions but may not see as much growth.

Water: Water thoroughly every 5 to 7 days when top soil of soil is dry. Leaves will droop when thirsty.

Soil: We have ours here in a well-drained aroid mix.
