Shipping is only within Singapore. We do not do international delivery.
Types of Delivery:
Standard Delivery: Flat fee of $9 is charged for our standard delivery within Singapore. No plants allowed in this order.
Delivery for Plants + other products:
Delivery for plants only. $12 is charged for every order. Non-plant items can be included in the order. Plants will be delivered on the same day they are shipped out.
Free shipping within Singapore for S$150 spent.
*All orders will be packed and processed in 1 to 2 days and deliveries will be made within 3 to 5 working days.
Delivery excludes the following locations: Airbase Sites, Army Camps, Changi Cargo, Changi International Airport Services, Country Clubs, Jurong Island, Off-shore Islands (eg. Pulau Ubin), Powergrid, Sentosa Island, SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1, Seletar Aerospace, Singapore Prison Quarters, Shipyards, ST Kinetics, Tuas Link, Turf Club Avenue and all restricted areas.
You have the option of self-collection at Punggol, Oasis Terraces. It’s available free-of-charge and you will be able to choose from one of the following day/time slots:
Wednesdays: 7pm – 7:15pm
Saturdays: 2pm – 2:15pm
*If you have chosen any of the self-collection days during checkout, please wait for us to contact you and confirm the date and time for your collection. We are open to a different time-slot on a case by case basis. This is at our convenience. Please contact us before purchasing.

Can I pay with my credit card?
Yes, credit card payment option is available for all credit cards through a secure payment hosted by Stripe.
We also accept payments through PayNOW.
Please PayNOW to 82649496 after submitting your order.
Kindly make payment and include your order number in ‘Comments for Recipient’ in PayNOW.
Order will be cancelled if payment is not received in 15 minutes.
- After you have submitted your order through the shopping cart, you will receive an ‘on-hold’ email on your purchase. The products will be placed on reservation for the next 15 minutes. Order will be cancelled if payment is not received in 15 mins.
- Once payment has been made through PayNow and we have verified that payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your payment and order. This confirmation email is usually sent out right after you make payment. Your order will then be shipped out after we processed your order.
- If you have chosen any of the self-collection days during checkout, please wait for us to contact you and confirm the date and time for your collection.
Can I do a return or get a refund for my purchase?
We will be disappointed to hear that you want a refund. But if you are really unhappy about the product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do what we can to help.
Please note that requests for refunds and returns will be considered on a case to case basis.
Please return the product only after you have hear from us. Products must be returned in its original condition and within 7 days from the date of purchase. You will need to arrange for a return delivery of your product and be responsible for all delivery costs.
There will be no refund of delivery fees for all products.
We do not accept any returns or refunds for plants.
If I have received a damaged pot, what do I do?
If the pot is damaged during shipping, we will be happy to replace it with a new pot, or refund your purchase if the product is out of stock / is an unique article.
Please email us a picture of the damaged pot with the shipment packaging for verification.
There will be no refund of delivery fees.
Why does the colour / shape of the pot differ from the picture shown?
Our pots are individually handmade by craftsmen, hence, colour and/or shape of each pot may differ slightly.
Is delivery available for all products on Plantfolks?
Selected products that we have will be available only for self-collection. This will be stated on their respective product pages.
